What we do with your
information.

The short version: we keep what you send us, we use it to reply and to do the job, and we don't sell it or hand it to advertisers. There are no tracking cookies on this site.

What we collect

• What you type in the form. Your name, venue, email, phone number, what you need and anything you write in the notes.
• Ordinary server information. Like every website, our host records the page you asked for, roughly when, and the IP address your request came from. It's kept for security and troubleshooting.
• Visitor counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without fingerprinting you and without following you to other sites. It gives us totals and page names, not individuals.

What we do with it

• Reply to your message and quote for the work.
• Do the work you asked for, and keep a record of what we agreed.
• Keep our own accounts and tax records in order.

That's it. We don't sell your details, we don't rent them, and we don't run advertising or behavioural tracking of any kind.

Who else can see it

A few services sit behind this site and process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare serves the site and provides the visitor counts.
• Brevo sends the confirmation email when you use the form, and mail from our domain.
• Google and Microsoft hold the mailboxes our email is delivered to.

Each of them is bound by their own privacy terms. None of them are given more than they need to do the job.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we don't end up working with are kept for up to two years, in case you come back. If we do work together, we keep the project records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner and we will, unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices

Email hello@happydaycreative.com and ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We'll answer within 30 days. If you're in a place with a data protection law that gives you more specific rights, those apply too, and the same email address is how you use them.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for advertising, tracking or analytics. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

Children

This is a business site for business owners. It isn't aimed at children and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If how we handle data changes, we update this page and move the date at the bottom. We won't quietly change the rules on information we already hold.
